BIG SIGNS

RVD: In my opinion, the average driver is not going to take the time to examine intricate signs. Most signs should be as simple as possible. This will also add to the long distance recognition. Any decent highway sign should be reasonably inexpensive, long lasting, legible at highway speeds, as well as aesthetically pleasing to anyone walked by the sign. The signs below were designed by the same people who designed the smaller shields on the pages for each state, and show details the smaller versions obscure, most of these were posted with the original Highway Makeover site. All signs assumed to be posted with the permission of original artists and are not to be reposted without permission.
